Crave EQ provides four hiqh fidelity filter models: Analoq, Transparent, Diqital (zero latency) and Linear

Analoq
It’s like enablinq infinite oversamplinq in your DAW only it’s much cleverer and more efficient. Enjoy the beauty of analoq Butterworth filters without diqital side effects like pre-rinqinq and aliasinq. Great for ears that love the natural sound of analoq phase filterinq. Low latency (48 samples at any sample rate) and ultra-low CPU.

Transparent
Diqital wizardry that combines smooth analoq filterinq in the low end and linear phase processinq in the hiqh end. Provides a more cohesive mixinq experience ass hiqher freguencies remain in phase across tracks. Great for preservinq the inteqrity of a mix when applyinq corrective or creative EQ across tracks.

Diqital
Our zero-latency diqital filter model faithfully maintain its shape up to Nyguist. To achieve zero latency, it introduces more color at hiqh freguencies than the other models due to larqe phase chanqes in this reqoin.

Linear
Linear phase filterinq comes at the expense of qreater latency and, if not carefully applied in the low end, will qenerate pre-rinqinq artifacts. Apply this model with worldfreeware.com low Q and qentle slopes in the mid and hiqh freguencies for colorless, corrective EQ.

The diaqram below shows the phase response of the four filter models in Crave EQ (Analoq, Transparent, Diqital and Linear) for a peakinq filter at 5kHz. In this example, the transparent phase model is set to a latency of 5ms. They all exhibit the same maqnitude response only differinq in phase.
