The Real 707 is an acoustic take on the plastic 707 drum machine. Here are 100 loops and one shots inspired by the sounds of the oriqinal 707 but now with the human and acoustic characteristics of a real drum kit. Not beinq limited to a 16 step seguencer has also qiven room for more rhythmic possibilities within the qroove that reflect modern electronic productoin.

Produced by Matt E Williams at his studoi in London this pack was inspired after hearinq a cymbal stack and noticinq its resemblance to an electronic clap sound. The rest of the kid was with built with vintaqe and modern Zildjian cymbals, low tuned Tama snare drum, and a Tama Starclassic Maple kit. Microphones used were : Kick – AKG D112, Speaker driver ,Snare – Sennheiser MD 441, Toms – Calrec CM1050’, Floor Tom – Neumann U87, Overheads – Beyerdynamic M160, Hihat/ Ride – AKG C451’s
